I think it looks silly. That is clearly a shirt she's wearing not a dress.The scalloped shirt tail/hem is a give away and my mother has a shirt just like it that she wears with a belt wrapped at the waste. She wears the shirt with slacks! Seriously. The girl is adorable, and maybe it is adorable that she is playing dress up with mommy's clothes, but this is not an adorable ensemble. Sorry.
